Bruce Jacobs - Broker in Charge
Bruce gained his Real Estate Sales Associate License in 1998 after
a successful 30 year career as an executive in the
telecommunications and network technology industry. Prior to
joining Urban Realty, Bruce was with Mopper-Stapen Realtors as
an Associate Broker. He is also a co-founder and Partner in
Renaissance Redevelopment, LLC, a successful historic property
development company in Savannah. Bruce brings to Urban Realty and
its clients significant knowledge and "hands on" experience in both
residential and commercial real estate as well as investment reat
estate valuation analysis.
Bruce is active in the Savannah community where he serves on
the Board of Trustees of the Historic Savannah Foundation and has
also been on the Board of the Downtown Neighborhood Association.
Bruce is a member of the General Management Council of the American
Management Association.
