Urban Realty Group, LLC is a new Real Estate company devoted to the marketing, sale, and promotion of Savannah as a major urban residential and commercial center. The company believes that the future of Savannah is one of growth both in terms of the urban population, but also the commercial growth that accompanies the increased numbers of people coming th the city. To this end, this company will seeks to be a major local resource for those interested in living and working in the Savannah urban area. For too long, real estate firms have diverted their energy to other locations outside the urban area, including neighboring suburbs, islands, resorts, and commercial centers. Urban Realty Group, LLC is dedicated to the city as an URBAN CENTER, and that is our only focus of interest.
As part of our goal, the company has sought to ally itself with builders, developers, and sales staff which have an urban outlook. Of premier importance is the development of an understanding of the city as a place to live and a place to work, a place that is "green" and environmentally friendly, and a place that is organic, with its own growth and change. The company has built an alliance with the developers of Starland, in the heart of the city, and Frogtown Lofts, on the growing West side of the city. Each of these areas has a future which is bright, and represents an aarea of fundamental growth of population and business. Each of these developments is also very environmentally friendly, with Starland alaready having LEED certification, and Frogtown likely to achieve that status. In addition, URG seeks to help buyers and seller of real property achieve their desires in any part of the city...the city is the only area URG serves; we aren not distracted by other areas!!
